Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Lucy, primarily due to poor communication and unfulfilled promises. One customer highlights that after inquiring about Lucy, they were assured a callback within ten minutes, which never occurred. This lack of follow-through contributes to a frustrating experience, leaving consumers feeling neglected. Additionally, there are no positive aspects noted in the reviews, indicating a complete absence of satisfactory service or product quality.
