Reviewers express a mixed experience with Kendra, highlighting both positive and critical aspects. One customer appreciates the pleasant phone interaction when scheduling an appointment, noting that Kendra arrived on time and had impressive photos. This indicates a level of professionalism and reliability that some consumers value. However, another reviewer shares a less favorable experience, mentioning discrepancies between the advertised photos and reality, suggesting a potential issue with accuracy in representation. Despite the lack of clear negative themes, the mixed ratings reflect varying levels of satisfaction among customers.
