Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Alexxia, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer mentions a straightforward experience in booking a service, indicating that the process was simple and accessible. However, there are no clear positives or negatives highlighted in the review, leaving a lack of specific feedback on staff attitude, service quality, or fees.
