Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Pamela, highlighting a troubling experience that feels like a scam. One customer describes a situation where the woman they spoke to on the phone appeared friendly, but the individual who arrived did not match the photos, leading to feelings of deception. The review emphasizes that the service felt like a "ripoff," with the implication that the staff may not be trustworthy, as the driver seemed to be complicit in the situation. Overall, there are no positive aspects noted in the reviews, and the lack of transparency and reliability is a major concern. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, it is clear that consumers are left disappointed and frustrated by their experiences with Pamela.
