I called Michelle on the morning of April 21 @ 09:45am @ 619-461-5002, and we spoke for a few minutes. She did not have an incall, therefore I decided to get a hotel room. I suggested that 1pm would be a good time, and she agreed, subject to me finding a room. At 10:57 am, I called again to give the name of the hotel, and confirm if it was acceptable to her. It was. She told me to call back with the room number when I checked in. I said that I would in about an hour. At 12:09pm, I sent a text with my room number and I followed up with a phone call to make sure she got my text. She told me that she didn't get text on her phone, and that she needed the address to the hotel. I told her I'd call her back, which I did at 12:12pm with the hotel address. I also told her that it would be OK if she showed up early. I also asked what the cost would be, and she told me. She showed up at 12:33 pm, and the following transpired:
