Called. Mamasan answers. Set up time and hotel name. Said call when get there. Called when I arrived. Girl was "running late" - ie. still with someone else. Said call back in 15 minutes. Called back and was given room number. Went up to room. Drapes closed, fairly dark room, with one light. Paid the fee. Might repeat. Typical Asian massage service. Girl nice, doing her job. No real connection.

One customer recounts a frustrating experience where, despite setting up a time and hotel name, the staff failed to deliver on their promise, stating that the girl was "running late" and advised to call back in 15 minutes. This lack of punctuality and poor follow-through on commitments leaves consumers feeling let down. There are no positive aspects noted in the review, indicating a complete absence of satisfactory service. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in staff reliability and customer service.
