Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Valerie, describing their experience as a "total rip-off." The sole review highlights a misleading advertisement, where a customer was promised a full-service experience that did not meet expectations. There are no positive aspects mentioned, indicating a lack of satisfactory service or value. The complaint centers around feelings of being deceived and disappointment in the overall experience. With no positive feedback to balance the criticism, it is clear that consumers are left feeling frustrated and misled. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative.
