This is the second time I had seen Heather. Our first time was postponed due to an illness in my family, and Heather was sweet enough to reach out to me with her prayers. While she is young, she is kind and classy. Unlike so many other providers, Heather actually answers the phone when you call, or calls back promptly. She has a day job, and a family, so this level of communicating is quite exceptional. A time was set to meet at my hotel, and she always arrives on time.
