Called her cell, she picks up. Very friendly over the phone. Gave me her location and hotel number. Really shitty motel. Room smelled like smoke. She looks like the picture but the pictures are touched up a little. Plain looking. Session was rushed and mechanical. Would not recommend, will not repeat.

Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Brittney, highlighting a particularly negative experience shared by one customer. While the staff member was described as friendly and responsive over the phone, the overall quality of the accommodations fell drastically short of expectations. The motel was criticized for a strong smoke odor, indicating poor maintenance and cleanliness. Although the staff member's appearance matched her online profile, this was not enough to redeem the experience. The lack of positive feedback suggests that customers are left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and facilities provided. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for substantial improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.
