Reviewers express a mixed experience with Laleona, highlighting both accessibility and concerns regarding product quality. Customers appreciate the ease of communication, noting that the staff is responsive via phone, email, and text, which facilitates the booking process. However, the reviews indicate dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided, as one reviewer mentions that the photos only show the face, implying a lack of authenticity. Additionally, while the rates are considered reasonable, the overall sentiment suggests that the service may not meet expectations. The combination of good communication and disappointing product quality leads to a neutral overall sentiment.
