Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Lucy, highlighting communication issues as a major concern. One customer, JNGUYEN1976, notes that the staff spoke in broken English, making it difficult to understand them. This lack of clarity in communication detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, the absence of prior reviews raises concerns about the reliability and quality of service. Despite being in the area and attempting to give Lucy a chance, the experience did not meet expectations. Overall, the feedback indicates a strong negative sentiment, with no positive aspects clearly identified.
