Saw her multiple listings on CL and thought I would take a chance, since she was reasonably priced and local. Plus her pics looked good. Gave a call and got her on the phone. She was up for a meeting and told me that she was available if I could come then. She was less than a five minutes drive for me. Did the two call routine and all was good. Got to the motel and called and she told me that she needed more time and to come back in five and she would make it up to me. Been there before, should have went with my gut and went home. Instead I did what I was told and came back five minutes later. Of course five wasn't long enough; at least the guy before me was going to get his moneys worth...
