I have not had great luck with African American providers because either they are extremely ethnic (ghetto), or conceited & extremely arrogant & act as if they don't have time for me. When I called her she answered & seemed to be the same as so many others; However I continued to meet up with her anyway. She met me at the door wearing casual pants & T-shirt. She was pleasant & polite. I was a little surprised at her physical appearance, she wasn't the most or least attractive provider I have ever seen, she was average. After handling the business of it, she quickly got to the meat of our meeting. She wasn't the best provider I have had, but she definitely wasn't the worst! She was patient, cooperative with requests, & most importantly not a clock watcher. Her residence was in a bad neighborhood & was kinda dirty, however she was very accommodating & nice. I will repeat due to how comfortable she made me feel & of course I will review again.
