Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with May, highlighting a severe issue with deceptive practices, specifically a "bait and switch" tactic. One consumer warns others against using the service, suggesting that the actual personnel do not match the representations made in promotional materials. The sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with no positive feedback noted in the reviews. The mention of "shisters" indicates a strong distrust towards the company's integrity.
