Reviewers express a mixed experience with Sally, highlighting both positive interactions and some challenges. One customer appreciates the attentive service, noting a pleasant greeting and a comfortable atmosphere during their visit. Another reviewer shares a more neutral perspective, mentioning multiple calls were necessary to finalize an appointment, suggesting some inefficiency in the scheduling process. While the overall sentiment leans slightly positive, with a commendable experience reported, the need for improved communication and scheduling is evident. Consumers seem to appreciate the quality of service when it occurs but desire a smoother booking process. Overall, the feedback indicates a balanced view, with room for improvement in operational efficiency.
