Reviewers express disappointment with Michelle, noting that while the location is convenient and the staff is friendly, the overall experience does not meet expectations. The reviewer mentions a quick response time when inquiring about a nuru session, highlighting the immediate availability as a positive aspect. However, the lack of satisfaction leads to a decision not to return, indicating that the service did not deliver the desired quality.
