I made an appointment I thought was with Dora. When I arrived and entered the apartment, a short chunky chinese girl told me she was not Dora, that she was Apple. Took my shoes off and headed upstairs.

Reviewers express a neutral sentiment regarding their experience with Apple, as evidenced by a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer mentions a mix-up with the appointment, expecting to meet someone named Dora but instead encountering a different staff member. While no specific positives or negatives are highlighted in the review, the situation suggests a lack of clarity in communication. The absence of clear themes regarding product quality, staff attitude, or service speed leaves the overall impression somewhat ambiguous. As it stands, the feedback does not lean strongly in either direction, reflecting a mixed sentiment toward the company.
