Reviewers express disappointment with Katey, noting a significant discrepancy between the advertised and actual service. One consumer mentions meeting a provider at a cheap motel, highlighting that the individual did not match the description in the ad, which featured an Asian girl, while the actual provider was Black. Additionally, the service received was unsatisfactory, with the reviewer describing the back massage as very short. There are no clear positive aspects mentioned in the review, and the lack of consistency in representation raises concerns about the company's reliability. Overall, the sentiment leans negative due to unmet expectations and service quality issues.
