Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Jen, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer mentions uncertainty about the nature of the services offered, indicating a lack of clarity in the advertising. While there are no specific positives highlighted in the review, the appointment setup process appears to be straightforward. However, the absence of detailed feedback on service quality or staff interaction leaves a gap in understanding the overall experience. Without additional reviews, it is challenging to gauge consistent themes or common complaints. Overall, the sentiment remains neutral, reflecting a mixed experience with no clear advantages or disadvantages noted.
