Reviewers express a mixed sentiment about Katy, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer describes the apartment complex as a "standard gigantic Valley apt complex," indicating a lack of standout features. While there are no clear positives highlighted, the mention of a "2 call system" suggests some level of functionality in communication. However, the complexity of navigating the building is noted as a potential drawback, as it requires thought to find the correct exit door. Overall, the feedback does not lean strongly in either direction, reflecting a neutral experience. The sentiment remains balanced, with no strong positives or negatives emerging from the review.
