Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Anessa, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer notes the convenient location in North Hollywood, indicating that accessibility is a positive aspect of the service. However, there is a lack of clarity regarding the staff roles, as the reviewer mentions confusion about a greeter who claimed to be a roommate, which could suggest issues with communication or professionalism. Overall, while the location is appreciated, the ambiguity surrounding staff interactions leaves room for improvement. The mixed feedback indicates that Anessa has potential but may need to address certain operational aspects to enhance the customer experience.
