Met at a nice hotel in the valley. Called back and forth several times and she was pleasant on the phone. Got the room number and went up and was greeted by a woman who was not even remotely the girl in the ad pics. I was there though and she was friendly and presentable. I have been lied to so often that it sort of doesn't much affect me anymore. I am actually more surprised when someone might be the person in the picture! In any event, I stayed.

Reviewers express a mixed experience with Ms. Vivian, highlighting a neutral sentiment overall. One customer notes a pleasant phone interaction, indicating that the staff is friendly and accommodating during initial communications. However, the review does not provide specific details about the quality of services or any notable complaints, leaving a lack of clear positives or negatives. The experience seems to hinge on the initial contact rather than the service itself, which remains unspecified. As such, the overall impression is one of ambivalence, with no strong recommendations or warnings. The sentiment is ultimately neutral, reflecting the single review's moderate rating.
