Reviews for Kim reveal a mixed sentiment, with a notable lack of clear positives. One reviewer mentions a somewhat lengthy process of securing an appointment, involving multiple emails and a final call for instructions, but appreciates the nice apartment location and ample parking. However, another customer expresses disappointment, indicating that their initial excitement was overshadowed by a poor experience, stemming from impulsive decisions made while searching for services. The overall feedback highlights a struggle with communication and expectations, leaving consumers feeling unsatisfied. With no strong positive remarks and critical experiences outweighing the good, the sentiment leans negative.
