Jazzie is an escort and massage provider working incall in Los Angeles's Mid Wilshire area. Reviewers describe the operation as an agency, with clients reporting that Jazzie herself was unavailable and they were sent to see a different woman instead. Opinions are mixed: one client found the substitute attractive and nice, with a mediocre massage and covered services, while others warn that the advertising is a scam and an agency ripoff.
