Easy to contact. Set up a meeting date and confirmed the day before and again when arrived in town. Agreed upon time and then the wait began and continued and continued. After 45 minutes late and called and said she was at the mall, claimed car was acting up and then reset for 11pm. Not a good start. At 1045 I had not heard and so I called.
