Reviewers express significant disappointment with Lizzi, highlighting a severe mismatch between expectations and reality. One customer notes that although the provider was described as "cute," she did not resemble the girl in the promotional pictures, leading to feelings of being misled. This "bait and switch" tactic has left a negative impression, overshadowing any potential positives. There are no clearly identified strengths in the reviews, as the overall sentiment leans heavily towards dissatisfaction. The lack of transparency and authenticity in representation is a major concern for consumers. Overall, Lizzi receives a negative sentiment, with customers feeling let down by their experience.
