Well this is the problem with Palm Springs -- not a lot of reviews, so one must every now and again take one for the team and head into the desert of backpage. Oh, the pain. Of course the problem with backpage is that there are some lovely providers but a lot of the ads are misleading at best. As in this case. Traded texts with her to arrange a meeting, when I got there it was a fairly low-rent motel. (Like a Motel 6, but a different brand.) She kept me waiting a bit, not too bad I guess. Finally went up to the room and behind the door was -- and I feel stupid for even thinking it would be otherwise -- a girl who did not resemble the cutie in the ad photos. There's a small chance the photos were of her, but if so it was ten years ago and minus 30 lbs. But she still had a cute face and a baby-fat body hidden under a sexy corset, so like an idiot I went in.
