We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express significant disappointment with Kaylee, primarily due to misleading representations. One customer notes that the pictures did not match the actual provider, leading to a sense of deception. While the staff is described as "very sweet" over the phone, this positive interaction does little to offset the overall dissatisfaction. The reviewer also mentions concerns about hygiene, stating that the provider needed a shower, which further detracts from the experience. Overall, the lack of alignment between expectations and reality, coupled with hygiene issues, results in a negative impression of the service. The sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in both transparency and cleanliness.
