Passive Arts is one of several S&M houses in LA. This is right east of LAX in the industrial buildings. You enter into a reception area where you ask for your preferences - submissives or dominants. I chose to be seen by a dominant and Mistress Hellion was available. They cater to all fetishes and S&M activity that doesn't involve exchange of body fluids or penetration - that is they are within the law but if you're just going for fantasy element it's a rather good place.
