Reviewers express a generally positive experience with Diamond, highlighting the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. One reviewer notes that upon arrival, they felt immediately at ease due to the staff's eagerness and warm demeanor, complemented by a charming appearance. However, another consumer mentions some challenges in scheduling, as the provider does not reside in LA and only visits occasionally, which can complicate arrangements. Despite this logistical issue, the overall sentiment remains favorable, with customers appreciating the inviting environment and the staff's attitude. The mixed feedback suggests that while the service quality is commendable, accessibility could be improved. Overall, Diamond garners a positive impression from its clientele.
