Reviewers express a mixed sentiment towards Michelle, highlighting both positive experiences and some reservations. Many customers appreciate the friendly and welcoming demeanor of Michelle, noting her pleasant attitude when greeting them and leading them through the appointment process. One reviewer specifically mentions that Michelle is "very nice" and "kinda cute," suggesting a positive personal interaction. However, there are hints of disappointment regarding the availability of preferred staff, as one customer mentions that they initially wanted to see Emily but had to settle for Michelle instead. Overall, while the service provided by Michelle is generally well-received, the lack of availability of other staff members may leave some consumers wanting more.
