Reviewers express a mixed experience with Paula, highlighting both positive interactions and some inconsistencies. Many customers appreciate her pleasant and accommodating phone demeanor, as noted by RSDN44, who found scheduling an appointment straightforward and enjoyable. Others, like HITTHEREOAD282 and ANTHONY2000, mention her willingness to meet and engage, although some appointments did not go as planned, with issues like location changes and unclear service details. While the overall sentiment leans towards the positive, with a few reviewers noting a lack of clarity regarding the services offered, the average rating reflects a balance of experiences. Overall, Paula seems to provide a decent service, but potential clients may encounter some unpredictability.
