Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Roxy, highlighting a lack of positive experiences. The only review available indicates a disappointing encounter, with the customer expecting a pleasant adventure but instead facing issues with the typical two-call system. There are no positive aspects mentioned, and the review suggests that the service did not meet expectations. The absence of any favorable comments or themes indicates a troubling trend for potential customers. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
