I told him I'd call him five minutes before the appointment at the intersection he specified and when I did, there was no answer. After 10 minutes I was just about to roll out and scroll through my extensive SGV Asian Provider Rolodex when he called. What followed was the most nonsensical attempt at providing directions I have ever had to put up with...and I don't think it was a language thing, I believe it was a low IQ thing by the handler. Finally, he directed me to the proper location where I met with Momo, took off my shoes and was directed into her little step-down room.
