Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Coco, with an average rating of 3.0 stars. Customers note that the service is fairly standard, describing their experiences as typical for an Asian agency in the SGV area. While the locations are mentioned as clean and decent, there are no standout positives highlighted in the reviews. Both reviewers mention that the person they met did not match the pictures provided, which may lead to disappointment. Additionally, the booking process involves an agency answering calls, which some may find impersonal. Overall, while the service meets basic expectations, there are no significant strengths or weaknesses identified, resulting in a mixed sentiment.
