She seemed to have little patience over the phone, most likely from dealing with flakes. However any attitude i perceived was dispelled upon entering to room. Joy is good with small talk to help alleviate the jitters, and especially makes you feel at home when she pops those massive milk jugs out. definitely worth it, if your into the exotic blend.
