Reviewers express significant disappointment with Jade, primarily due to issues related to misleading representations. One customer notes that the provider they chose did not resemble the photos, leading to a sense of regret for not selecting a different option despite the initial appeal. Another reviewer echoes this sentiment, describing a "bait and switch" experience where the service did not meet expectations. While one reviewer mentions that the staff is friendly, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction regarding the authenticity of the providers' images and the quality of service. The lack of clear positives in the reviews highlights a troubling trend for potential customers. Overall, the sentiment leans heavily negative, reflecting a need for improvement in transparency and service quality.
