Reviewers express a mixed experience with Mandy, highlighting both positive interactions and notable disappointments. Many customers appreciate the ease of communication, noting that initial calls are friendly and welcoming, with one reviewer mentioning a pleasant chat upon arrival. The robe attire upon meeting is also seen as a positive touch for some. However, critical feedback emerges regarding the quality of the accommodations, with several consumers describing the motel as low-class and expressing dissatisfaction with the discrepancy between Mandy's appearance and her photos. Additionally, some report feeling uncomfortable waiting outside before being let in. Overall, while there are moments of warmth and connection, the inconsistency in product quality and environment detracts from the overall experience. The sentiment leans towards mixed.
