Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Jenny, highlighting a severe lack of trust and professionalism. One customer recounts a distressing experience where they felt outright robbed, describing the provider as a "rip-off" after she allegedly took their money and fled. This alarming incident underscores a critical issue with staff integrity and reliability. There are no positive remarks or redeeming qualities noted in the review, leaving a stark impression of unprofessionalism. Overall, consumers are left feeling vulnerable and warn others to be cautious. The overwhelming sentiment is negative, reflecting a serious need for improvement in service and accountability.
