Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Vicky, primarily due to poor communication and inadequate directions. One customer recounts a frustrating experience where they received unclear guidance, exacerbated by the staff's limited English proficiency. This lack of effective communication leads to confusion, especially for those unfamiliar with the area. The appointment-setting process also raises concerns, as the overall interaction leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, no positive aspects are highlighted in the review, indicating a complete absence of satisfactory service. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a need for improvement in staff communication and customer support.
