Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Sonya, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer mentions that they chose Sonya after their first choice was unavailable, indicating a willingness to try the service despite a lack of prior reviews. While the review does not highlight any specific positives or negatives about the service quality or staff attitude, it suggests that the experience was satisfactory enough to merit a middle-of-the-road rating. There are no clear complaints or standout features mentioned, leaving the overall impression somewhat ambiguous. As a result, Sonya appears to be a viable option, though potential customers may want to seek additional feedback before making a decision.
