Had been trying to get an appointment with Sana for quite a while but she was always fully booked. Saw her schedule open up the next day and scheduled the first available appointment with her. Went to the location and waited outside for specifics from the booker. They told me she was backed up as the previous SP who was working at that unit on the morning shift was holding up the space. So I waited patiently and finally was texted the unit number with the specific details on how to enter. Went to the condo unit and saw the previous provider was still there packing up. Walked around and finally saw Sana. She was surprised to see me there and apologized profusely even though it wasn't her mistake. It was the other SP who had messed up.
