Reviewers express a mixed experience with Marisol, highlighted by a single review that rates the service at 3 out of 5 stars. The initial greeting from the staff is noted as flat and unwelcoming, which sets a negative tone for the visit. However, the reviewer mentions that their expectations of a bad experience were ultimately proven wrong, suggesting that the service may have improved after the initial interaction. Despite the lack of clear positives or negatives in the review, the ambivalence indicates that while there may be room for improvement in staff attitude, the overall service could still meet some expectations. This mixed sentiment reflects a neutral stance, with no strong positives or negatives emerging from the feedback.
