We had been gone back and forth a couple visits trying to coordinate a time between both schedules (my fault) but FINALLY this visit I had the freedom to pre-booked a few days ahead and lock us in. The day of, I was running late but she was totally understanding and cool with it, just appreciates communication. Once I arrived to her hotel she gave me room # and went up.
