Reviewers express significant disappointment with Helen, particularly highlighting a lack of authenticity in the advertised services. One customer notes that their experience at Dupont Spa was not as expected, stating the provider did not resemble the promotional images. While the reviewer mentions that the staff was accommodating, this was not enough to salvage the overall experience, which they deemed far from satisfactory. The sentiment surrounding the service is overwhelmingly negative, with no positive aspects clearly emerging from the feedback. Overall, consumers are left feeling misled and dissatisfied with their experience at Helen.
