I emailed Gemma a few days prior to my trip and happy to say her response was very current. After a few emails we were good to go. Once I arrived in Toronto I provide my room number after I checked in and she confirmed promptly. She emailed me about 30 minutes prior to our appointment and asked if she could come up a few minutes earlier. After permission she knocked on my door a few minutes later. Asked her in and was pleased that she was the lady in the picture.
