I had called Mirage the day prior to ask if I could move my appointment up. Some very unfriendly woman booker told me that I didn’t have an appointment. I told her that I made it over the internet and I gave her all kinds of info. She didn’t have a record of it so luckily I was able to make another appointment. She asked me to call at 10am the next day to confirm. I called the next morning at 10:22. She said I was supposed to call by 10AM and it was 10:22 so they pushed my appointment back 15 minutes. Not bad but it could have been a disaster. I made it over to the airport hotel incall. I prefer condos but this was a well known hotel chain.
