Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards April, with an average rating of 3.0 out of 5. Both customers mention their experiences of walking in without appointments, which led to some waiting time before receiving service. While there are no standout positives highlighted, the fact that April was available for walk-ins is noted as a convenience. However, the lack of clear positive feedback suggests that the overall experience may not have met expectations. Customers seem to appreciate the opportunity to try the services without prior booking, yet the waiting time and the randomness of service availability could be seen as drawbacks. Overall, the sentiment remains mixed, reflecting a need for improvement in customer experience.
