Reviewers express significant disappointment with Kathy, highlighting a stark contrast between expectations and reality. One customer, Walter3434, notes that while her online pictures appeared beautiful, the actual experience fell short, leading to dissatisfaction. There are no positive aspects mentioned in the review, indicating a complete lack of favorable feedback.
