My good friend and esteemed colleague in the hobby, B2, gave me a call to inquire about hosting lunch for a couple of LR Southern Belle visitors. He was planning a multiple hour session with Bailey around noontime and thought a break might be in order. I had seen Bailey the day before and was well aware that a break might be in order. Boy, was I glad he called and everybody was hungry. Lunchtime conversation was full of innuendo, charged with electricity and ole Arkie knew that dessert wasn’t going to be served at the restaurant, especially when Brooke began smiling and rubbing my leg under the table. It was during this lunchtime conversation I learned that Mr. Tiggs, Bailey’s pet rat (yes, you heard it right) met an untimely demise the previous evening. Needless to say, all who were acquainted with Mr. Tiggs, knew him to be a fine upstanding rat who deserved a proper eulogy, delivered by the ever eloquent and cerebral B2 [the humorous part here is when Bailey and Brooke reported to Stacie, she was of the impression it was a client who passed and needed burial arrangements]. As lunch ended, the conversation turned to options before us. Option A – B2 could continue his session with Bailey and BB could become acquainted with Brooke. Option B – B2 could become acquainted with Brooke and BB could see Bailey. BB opted for Option A since he and Bailey (unknown to B2) had explored most of the alphabet the afternoon before. It was then Brooke suggested Option C – All four of us could go to the same room. Option C it was!
